My purpose this afternoon is to give you a summary into the -- into the events leading up to and the mishap of the MV in Morocco back in April of this year. We're going to -- what -- what I'm going to talk about is the investigative report itself.

And what I want to do now is to take the opportunity to explain to you, to put in context what occurred and -- and also the process by which we investigated this -- this particular mishap, and then to answer any of your questions.
